Since the establishment of Happy Hotel in 2012, we have been constantly building a strong partnership with Asia largest travel booking site---Ctrip to ensure our brand is spread to all our potential guests. As a recognition of our efforts, we are delighted to receive The Best Recommended Hotel In Mount Emei Award for two consecutive years from Ctrip and its partner, Brand Wisdom.

Staying at the top competing with more than 200 hotels of all categories, from budget to 5 star, is not an easy journey for us. We are putting in continuous effort to upgrade our service standard so that customer's satisfaction is guaranteed while staying with us. We receive reviews from guests, either at the front desk or through the review system on Ctrip with open-heart as this the real feedback that customers give after their stay. Good reviews reflects the satisfaction of the customer while unsatisfied reviews provide us a space for further improvement. We always take customers review seriously so ammendments to ensure higher service quality could be performed on upcoming arrivals.
