Commencement of High Speed Railway

Greetings to all travellers planning on your trip to Mount Emei. Great news announced by the tourism board as to celebrate the commencement of high speed railway from Jiang You to Mount Emei, the entrance ticket would be further discounted to RMB90, as per previous RMB185 per person, from 20th December 2014 to 31st March 2015 (except Chinese New Year). The implementation of high speed railway would further shorten the travel time between each station. Travel time from Chengdu Shuangliu International Airport to Mount Emei would only require 1 hour 20 minutes compared to the previous 3 hours due to the transit at Chengdu city. Travel time to Leshan would only require 17 minutes compared to the previous 1 hour.
